Inspire HR won't swipe

My Fitbit is showing the time but it wont let me scroll to anything else at all, the time before this was charged it had full charge but wouldn't come on for a whole day. Do you think i should return for a new one? i have only had it since June 2019.

Hi @Stubbs66  First try restarting  it several times   Restart your tracker

If that doesnt fix it, then if you are able to, return it for an exchange, or contact Support   Fitbit Support
