Hi there,

 

My Inspire HR won’t swipe. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting options, to no avail. Including plugging it in, holding the button to reset it etc etc.

 

Please help! I’m thinking of returning the product as I’m very disappointed.

Just found out that if you charge your Inspire and hold the side button until you get a smiley face on the screen it will reset. Mine is now able to swipe 💪👍
