i have reset my inspire and the screen won't swipe - i let the watch die and recharged it and it's just over 1 year old. Not sure how to fix it.

Thanks for troubleshooting this swiping issue. If your tracker isn't swiping, I recommend checking the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed those steps in order to restart the unit.
