I have restarted my Inspire hr over 10 times and I have deleted the app and unconnected and reconnect it. I have not been able to swipe for over a week now and I have tried everything that I have seen others try but still no progress.

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Inspire HR won't swipe. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Since you've tried to restart the tracker, I recommend trying to change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
