Hi, my Fitbit Inspire HR is frozen and will not swipe. I have charged tried a soft reset numerous times (5 secs to smiley face) and also changed the clock face.. The screen is undamaged and shows time only (home screen. Thanks for any help you can provide

Have you gotten it wet? Shouldn’t matter as it’s supposed to be able to be swam with but that’s the only correlation I’ve found.

Yes, everyday in the shower. I got the HR because it is shower proof. Thanks for the input.

Exactly same as my situation. I’m beyond frustrated that it’s marketed as being able to get wet yet it stops functioning as soon as wet. Fitbit has already replaced mine too.

I have my fitbit hr plugged into my computer when I perform the reset and that seems to fix the problem for me each time - (my screen has frozen 3 times in the last 5 months)
