Inspire HR won't swipe

My Inspire HR has been working fine then all of a sudden it wouldn't swipe. I am stuck on the main clock screen and everything else works, like I am still getting my move every hour notifications.

 

The device will still sync and other than not swiping on any screen it still works. I have tried resetting it by putting it on the charger and holding the button until the smile shows but it still won't reset.
