Inspire HR won't swipe

Hi! My fitbit inspire hr stopped responding to the tap or scroll, I can’t seem to get it rebooted. I’ve done the “hold it for 5 seconds” thing and it just has the smiley face but won’t vibrate. How can I fix this?

Hello,

I tried restarting it but it won’t docthe trick!
Is there any other way to fix this?
