As of this morning, I cannot swipe the screen on my Inspire HR. I've tried restarting several times (plug in to charger, hold down the button until the smiley face appears, etc.), but the problem remains. Also tried deleting the device from the Fitbit app and Bluetooth and re-pairing, but no luck. Help!

Hi there, @rachparker. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire HR before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If the above doesn't work, please follow @NellyG's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
