Hi there, @Marg47. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

As a first approach, please make sure that your Inspire HR has been properly charged. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device? 

Afterwards, please restart your Fitbit device. If the issue persists after syncing, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
