Inspire HR won't sync and screen is blank

My inspire HR suddenly stopped working. It was charged and at 93% on the previous day, now it’s not detected by the app and the device screen is blank

Hi @Pallavi.vish7  Try restarting it a few times and see if that brings it back to life. If it doesn't, then contact Customer Support.
