My fitbit no longer syncs and also shows the wrong time. I have tried rebooting it on numerous occasions.

I got it started again and it lasted a day. I have had trouble with it for about a month now and would like a replacement under the guarantee.  How do I do that please?

Mine is doing the same thing. At first only parts of my day would sink and now nothing will. I can see it on my phones bluetooth scan list but my phone will not connect to it. I know it's not my phone because it connects to other things. It has now reset to about 4 hours ahead and I cant even re-imput it into my account.

Mine is doing the same thing.  Quit syncing yesterday and is about 5 hours ahead.  I've done everything twice, and still does not change.  Help

Thank you for joining the thread and sharing that you're experiencing the same issue with your device. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if you've followed the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue persists, you can try erasing the data from your device. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. For instructions, see How do I erase my Fitbit device?

My Inspire keeps showing the start up smiley face, has the wrong time, won't sync and won't restart! I let the battery totally drain a few days ago and after charging, it's still the same. I can't scroll or access anything but the battery level screen.

This is happening to me as well.  I thought I would try to sync it through my computer instead.  Unfortunately, when I try to add the devise (I already have an account), "Inspire" is not one of the fitbit devices to choose from.  It has Alta, Charge... but no Inspire so I can't sync using my computer any more either (I used to be able to just fine with my old Alta).

Is this problem being resolved by FitBit since so many people have it?

I asked for a replacement and arranged for it to be sent back. It came back to me refurbished and now it hasn't synced since yesterday. It's so frustrating.

my wihas an Inpsire HR for 2 weeks. this is her 4th fitbit, all were fine except the Inspire, will not hold a time sync and steps are spotty at best, we followed all previous recomended steps and now I want to know whatwe do from here, this one obviously is a lemon.
