Inspire HR won't sync and shows wrong time

I just charged my Fitbit after losing my charger a couple months ago. It is displaying the wrong time and won't sync or update. I don't know what to do about that.

Hi @KimVenturino - As you probably guessed, syncing will correct the time on your Inspire HR. Please try this: 

  • If your device is attached to the app on your phone, remove it. (Tap Account > Inspire HR > Remove)
  • Check the Bluetooth settings on your phone. If the Inspire HR is listed, Forget the device.
  • Restart your Inspire HR. 
  • Then open the Fitbit app and set up your device.

Let me help you with this. Did you try @SunsetRunner great tips for this issue? Did your tracker synced after this? If you are still having issues then please check out this help article. Once the tracker syncs the time should be corrected.
