My Inspire HR has not synced to my Android phone since Sept 2. That may have been the day my Inspire HR installed a new update, but I'm not sure about that.
I have tried restarting the Inspire HR, restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and back on on the phone, uninstalling the Fitbit app on the phone and reinstalling it. I have installed the Fitbit app on a different phone and it wouldn't sync on that phone either.
I can't think of any more ways to troubleshoot or attempt to fix the problem. Any help is appreciated.

It's an Android phone with version 8 something. My Fitbit did work with this phone for over a year until just recently when it last synced on Sept 2.
I tried all the steps listed on the article for troubleshooting. I even tried a different phone, and I also installed Fitbit Connect on my Mac computer and it can't sync with that either.
