Started with not syncing, after following previous advice went through the entire ‘forget this device’ , ‘reinstalled’ app, etc.etc. Now the time is off. When I access through discovery/wellness section the option to install isn’t highlighted therefore unable to install.

Let me help you with you Inspire HR not syncing nor setting up and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. The setup is done via the account area (tap the top left button with your account picture to see the option). You can follow these instructions to setup your tracker and these instructions to help fix any syncing issues.
