Inspire HR won't sync nor receive notifications

My Inspire HR recently has stopped syncing and receiving notifications, it is only a year old.  I have restarted phone, switched off Bluetooth and back on, uninstalled Fitbit app and reinstalled numerous times. I have also tried to restart my Fitbit but all I get is a smiley face but won't vibrate. 

 

Anyone have any more suggestions before I give up and have to call customer services or bin it.

 

This is my second Fitbit the first was just a wee plain flex, which I had for nearly 4 years with not one issue.

 

Please help

Hi @fraser21  which phone and operating system do you have? It might be something in the settings of the phone.

Hi my phone is a Samsung and I've checked that's it's still compatible
