Long story short... I have an Inspire HR paired with my iPad mini. All of a sudden yesterday it started showing the wrong time - it was three timezones behind. I tried re-syncing it to get the time zone to update, but it wouldn't sync. I made sure I had the most recent version of ios on my iPad and the most recent version of the Fitbit app.
I tried several times after multiple steps such as turning on/off bluetooth, restarting both the iPad and Fitbit. None of these worked. Then I tried unpairing the device with my iPad and when I went into the Fitbit app it told me I needed to re-pair the device but whenever I hit "repair" it did nothing. So I deleted the device from my account, deleted the app off the iPad, reinstalled the iPad, and tried again.
This time I get all the way to where I enter the 4 digits displayed on the device and the iPad just seems to freeze at "Connecting to Fitbit". Please help... How do I get it repaired with the iPad? I even tried pairing it with my Mac so that I could sync it that way but the macOS app doesn't have an Inspire HR option... I don't have a phone, so that's not an option.
