Inspire HR won't sync silent alarms

I have an Inspire HR, and it's been working very well, until about 1-2 weeks ago, when it stopped syncing my silent alarms. Everything else is syncing well. Or rather; I seem to be able to turn existing alarms on or off, and change the time on the existing ones, and then sync, but I can't add new alarms.

 

I'm using the app on my android (Samsung Galaxy 8), and here's what I've tried so far;

 

*Checking that my app is updated

*Restarting my Fitbit

*Restarting my phone

*Re-adding my Fitbit as a new device

 

Still not working. Any other suggestions?

Hi @Addiz My Inspire hR works well with my S8, though ot sometimes does take a few tries tomsync the alarm through. Have you tried uninstalling the app on your phone and then reinstalling it? If not, give that a try, and also restart the Inspire a few more times and then try setting a new alarm. Let me know if it works

Same problem for more than an year. All syncronize, only alarms do not.

  • Nokia 8.3 5G,
  • android 12,
  • fitbit firmware 34.200001.88.11,
  • fitbit app version 3.86

Updated app

restarded both phone and tracker.

the problem is still present.
