My Inspire HR won't sync with my water, excerise or my sleep!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please clarify if your Inspire HR is not syncing data with your account at all or just water, exercise and sleep? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

It synced on my tablet my water intake, how many days I've excerised, and my sleep, but it doesn't sync to my fitbit. On my fitbit it says No Data on my sleep, and doesn't even have a place for the number of days I've excerised, and doesn't calculate my water. I think this started happening after I updated my fitbit. I  got my fitbit in May 2019. Thank you!🙂
