Inspire HR won’t sync with iphone Xs

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I recently purchased the inspire HR. Out of the box it would sync with my phone, but later that day and ever since it has not. I have searched and tried all suggestions. Turned phone off/on; Bluetooth off/on; closed app; uninstalled/reinstalled app; turned tracker off/on; turned on all day sync; fully charged and no other trackers on app. Please help.

Yes I have tried that. It will sync if I force it to. But it doesn’t stay connected to Bluetooth. So i don’t get notifications such as text and incoming phone calls.

@LLawlor It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community and welcome aboard @appleid1 ! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire HR trackers are not syncing with your phones even though you have tried the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @NellyG.

Due to this, I'll send your cases to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. Both of you will receive an email from them soon.

Let me know if you guys have any doubts! Smiley Happy

Having the same issue, but now it won’t even sync when I try to force it. Very disappointing :-/. Inspire HR and iPhone XS not communicating.

It is disappointing. The Fitbit tech team keeps telling me to try what I’ve already tried. They send one solution a day. It doesn’t work so I have to wait another 24 hours to hear back. I was going to send it back but since others are having troubles I’ll wait to see what they come up with for a solution.

After MANY days of discussion and no solution, Fitbit is sending me a new device. We’ll see if that helps. Not very confident. 🤷‍:female_sign:

@LLawlor did you ever resolve this? Did the new Fitbit they sent you sync correctly?

My wife just moved from an iPhone 6SE to an iPhone XS, and her Inspire HR was working fine with the old phone, but now won’t sync to the new XS. Very frustrating.

Have followed all recommended steps above:

- Restarted phone

- Turned off/on Bluetooth

- Deleted/reinstalled Fitbit app

- Reset watch to factory settings

- Triple checked no other Fitbit devices are nearby

Nothing working.

Watch was a present from her Mum. I’m on an Apple Watch (used to have a Fitbit) and this experience is making me think that Fitbit is just nowhere near worth it anymore.
