Hi,
I have a Inspire HR I have followed the instructions for troubleshooting when no sync and they won´t work. My phone is a Galaxy Samsung J7 Prime it will keep traying to pair and it won´t work. The other problem is with the FITBIT App it will show all the time that it has no internet connection even using the same network and data (no WIFI) I have uninstalled twice the app with the same problem. The erro will show in the home screen and also when trying to pair and add the device (INSPIRE HR) what can I do?
