My Fitbit does not sync, checked today and its not synced since 19th November.

Hi @magsmorris1955, welcome to our Fitbit Community. In order to fix the syncing issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, please follow the steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if it syncs properly.
