Inspire HR won't sync without rebooting iPhone

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

After I got the issue of it not syncing the other way by going into my bluetooth and 'forgetting the device' and adding it back, now I have this separate issue. For the last few days it will no sync at all unless I reboot my phone. The error message reads " Failed to Sync Device."  Once I reboot the phone it will work. I have to do this all.day.long. I have tried telling it to forget the device like I had done previously, but this is not working. Turning off bluetooth and turning it back on does not work either. Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner It's great to see you in the Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing with your iPhone unless you restart it and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you try refreshing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.

I have done this multiple times and it does not work. Now, it is telling my average steps per day are 67K. Also saying high numbers on my friends accounts. IMG_5228.jpg
