Hello,
I did a firmware update on my device today and it’s not bricked.
I’ve plugged it into multiple verified power sources and it’s not charging. I’ve tried holding the button for 5s and nothing (and tried even longer). I’ve tried leaving it connected to charge for 30-45 mins and nothing. The heart rate monitor lights are not flashing.
I think it needs a warranty replacement. It’s only a few months old and it’s the second time I’ve needed a replacement (first one for different reasons).
Can someone pls provide details of how I get this replaced under warranty?

Hi @thevarun, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire is not taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
The warranty period of is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup of the original unit. Before checking out the warranty of your Fitbit device, I'd like to know if your Inspire vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
Looking forward to your response.
