I charged my fitbit last night (so I thought) and it will not light up today. When I press the button nothing happens. I tried placing it back on the charger, but it would not light up or indicate that it was charging. I attempted to use a different outlet, however to no avail. Please assist. This is the second time I have replaced it for malfunctions within less than a year.

Hi @Rae0279, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi! I had this problem as well. I called, and the rep advised that I plug it into the computer to charge instead of using a wall adapter. Worked like a charm.
