I purchased my Fitbit Inspire HR on June 10, 2020. For the past week the touch screen was not responding at times. Yesterday I got the alert that my battery needed to be charged so I connected it to the charger. I did get the battery image that it was charging. When I took it off the charger after being connected for about 12 hours it still gave the low battery image. So I went online to troubleshoot and did a reset. It appeared to be a successful reset since I got the smiley face image. I put the device on the charger again for another 12 hours and now it is not turning on at all and is totally unresponsive.

Hi @DrDonnaRN, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't turn on or take a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it takes a charge and comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
