Inspire HR won't track active minutes

My fit but will not tract my active minutes for the last 2 weeks even though i have done many steps and the bpm says iv done fat burn time of an hour?

Hi @claire1994, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Inspire HR since it won't track your active minutes even though you have walked many steps.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which, explains how your Fitbit device tracks your active minutes. Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
