Inspire HR won't track my sleep properly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

As I suffer insomnia, I sleep some weird hours- tonight was 5/6am - 2pm. Except, my sleep tracker automatically ended my 'night' after 10am and then put the rest of the hours in a completely different bracket. I'm not sure why or how to fix this.

I don't have a wake up time set, so I'm not sure why it cut off my hours.

Hi @NotSteve, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the sleep tracking issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep data.

Finally, monitor your Inspire HR during the next 24 hours and see if it tracks your sleep data properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hi, thanks for the help; the problem turned out to be that I wasn’t supposed to press ‘begin sleep now’ when I go to bed. I’m just supposed to let it track automatically... oops. Still not sure what happened when it shut off the first night, but it’s been otherwise working since I’ve just gone to bed without setting the device. In my defence, I could not find a ‘help or information’ button anywhere in the sleep section itself and its just a little confusing. But thank you for your time ^^
