Inspire HR won’t track sleep

Hi

 

can anyone help please?... the moon icon on the device is greyed out (ie not white) and I’m not getting data in the app

I'll do my best to help you out with the issues with your Inspire HR not showing your sleep. Thanks for reporting this issues.

 

What model of phone/device you're using to sync? Please confirm that it is listed here. Also check if your phone and Fitbit app are up to date. Then follow the steps suggested here:

 

  1. Force quit the App and turn off your phone
  2. Open Fitbit App, go to Account (upper right corner) > Delete Fitbit Inspire HR from the Account
  3. Open the Bluetooth Setting on your phone and delete Fitbit Inspire HR from there too
  4. Reboot Bluetooth to make sure Fitbit is not there
  5. Restart your Fitbit a couple of times and Access back to Fitbit App > Account to set up your Fitbit Inspire HR back
  6. Turn on notifications

It did work thank you

 

but this happened last time I charged it too - 

 

still have the greyed out moon moon on my device???

Happened again... when I charge ... all tracking stops... so annoying I had no issues with my last Fitbit...
