My daughter’s Inspire HR won’t transition to any screen other than the home screen-time face.  Tried plugging it in to the computer to reset and tried to log on and off but to no avail. Any ideas?

@3Muggies It's great to see you on the Community. I'm glad to hear that your daughter's Inspire HR is working again. 

You may want to check the Fitbit Inspire HR Product Manual to learn all the features that it has.
