Inspire HR won't turn on and it won’t charge

Hello, my inspire HR got a few lines through the screen a couple of weeks ago and then it went black and now will not charge. It vibrates when the pins connect but then nothing. I have tried cleaning the pins with rubbing alcohol, and holding down the power button to short and long reset to no avail. 

when I try charging it through my power bank the power bank turns off after a few seconds like it isn’t continually giving the Fitbit a charge.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
