Hey there,
my Inpisre HR won’t turn on or synchronize today. At first I thought it may have run out of battery so I put it to charge for the morning. Took it from charger this afternoon and have been wearing it only to realize the screen is blank. I’ve tried putting it back on the charger and rebooting it without success. It just won’t turn on. My phone can’t seem to find it either. Any chance anyone could tell me what’s going on and how I could get it to work? Thanks!

Hi @Gourmande, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't turn on and it won't sync. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
In case your Fitbit device is still unable to sync, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.

Hi Juan,
Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried what you suggested, to no avail. I’ve tried different outlets or USB ports and I get nothing. I’ve cleaned both the Fitbit and charger and still nothing. It doesn’t vibrate at all when I put it on the charger. Left it on there for the past 4hrs.

Hi Juan,
I was camping last week and on Saturday I was over 16k. I was around 20% battery life. I charged the FitBit overnight and in the morning it’s briefly showed me a 99% charge. It has been dark/inoperative every since.
This is upsetting as the last time I did not get 12k was April 8, 2022. Now I have a whole week of it. The FitBit was a gift from the VA. I am a Desert Shield Veteran and the VA asked me to wear the device for some time to track sleep and other things related to PTSD. I have been a FitBit user since 2015. This Inspire HR is less than 1 year old. My Work Week Hustle friends miss me.
I have followed your advice and held the side button for (way more than) 5 seconds and it never restarted!
