Inspire HR won't turn on or take a charge

Spoiler
Came back from run, went to sync, the face went black. (There was still charge Prior around 40%.)  Charged all day, tried methods for restarting, nothing, no vibration, no light. This is only 7 months old. Certainly not a recommendation. One of the ladies at work just gave me her bands as she had two die and is sworn off Fitbit.  From the posts this is very common. I am sorry to follow in her footsteps.

Hi @Tracker93, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire HR is not turning on or taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I tried those option . I have even removed the device in hopes it would work but nothing has changed. It has now been plugged in at my work and then at home well over24 hours. Thank you for helping.
