Help, please.
I wore my Inspire HR to the beach couple of week ago and since then it stopped working.
I plugged it in and tried to restart. The smiley face appeared for few seconds and then it went blank again.
Since then I tried to charge it for few hours and restarting again but no smiley face anymore and screen remains blank. I attempt that few times but nothing is happening.
I've only had it for about 15 months. I used it while swimming in the pool and in the sea before and it always worked fine.
Any idea what might have happened and how can this be fixed?

Hi @AlinaZmuda, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not turning on or taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please let me know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

Thank you for getting back to me.
No, it does not vibrate when put on the charger.
I've tried all the possible steps plus charging it for few hours but it doesn't come back to life 😞
