Hi, my Fitbit Hr has also started not scrolling through data and it now won’t turn on/reset after being on charge all night. It’s last sync was the 5th and I have tried multiple times to reset it with nothing happening. What else can I do? Please help, thank you

Hi @Stephp18, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR won't turn on or take a charge. Due to this, it hasn't been able to sync your data as well. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hour and see if it comes back to life and syncs your data properly.
