Inspire HR won't turn on or take a charge

Help! I've only had my Inspire HR since January and it won't do anything as of last week! It won't charge, turn on like zero response to anything!

Hi @thismamacooks, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

Please let me know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

It doesn't vibrate at all anymore! I'm so sad!

I am having the same issue. Was all good upto last week. Now I just get a smiley face when I connect it to charge, doesnt vibrate or display anything. Removed device from app to reinstall but cant connect as screen wont display anything. Had this 10 months!

My Fitbit HR has done the exactly the same thing. It does not vibrate when I put it to charge, I have charged it for over 24 hours but yet it’s still unresponsive. I know for a fact that this charger is in perfect condition, I have been able to charge my sisters Fitbit with it. Clearly this is a wider problem?! I only bought this watch in May 2020. It’s way too soon for it to be acting up like this. Can I receive some assistance with this issue?

The exact same thing happened to me last week. Maybe is general issue with the HR watches. I haven’t done anything to my watch that would warrant it being completely unresponsive. This needs to be rectified.

Ok. I've tried what you suggested. Cleaned the charging ports with a brush and charged it. I'm still getting absolutely no response! Last week it would at least give me the smiley face when I tried restarting it but now i get nothing!

I am also having trouble with my Inspire HR as of last week.  I have restarted it several times.  It no longer vibrates when I put it on the charger.  Yesterday, I was able to get it to charge to 100%, but 12 hours later it was down to 4%.  It used to last 4-5 days before I would need to recharge it.  I did update the software a few weeks ago and it worked fine for 1-2 weeks after and then all of this started last week.  Sounds like others are having the same issues - I hope it can be resolved!
