My inspire hr will not turn on. It was fully charged. I tried the 5 second hold and changing the clock, but those didn't work. I tried to unpair the device and start over, but now it won't even find the device.

Hi @MarissaP, welcome to our Fitbit Community. In regards the screen and charging the issue that your Inspire HR has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Finally, try setting up your Fitbit device from scratch.
