I posted recently about the battery in my Inspire HR seeming to have a very short life all of a sudden. Now, the whole device seems to have died - it was working earlier this morning (though with one line of pixels dead on the display) and then when I looked at it a few minutes ago... nothing. I just charged it yesterday so I don't think the battery is dead, and when I attach it to the charger now I get no display whatsoever - it's just dead.
What options do I have here?

Hi @prsteve27, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery and screen issues that your Inspire HR experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track with a replacement unit.
