Inspire HR won't turn on or take a charge

I've been having problems with my fitbit for about 2 weeks.

Not it doesn't work at all.

The display will not come up, I can

charge it for hours and the green light won't come on.

It's dead.

I think the battery has gone bad.

I've called support and no help.

Any ideas?

Can the fitbit be opened and the battery replaced?

It's out of warranty by a month.

My Fitbit is a month out of warranty.

You think you could at least send me a

discount code to buy a new one

My husband’s Fitbit is doing the same thing! I’m so frustrated because the Fitbit shouldn’t b having issues after 13 months!

I'm frustrated. It is completely dead.

I've really enjoyed using the fitbit. It has helped me stay motivated.

It has helped me lose weight and get into better sharp.

Now it's 13 months old and it stops working.

It should last long then that.

Is this a common problem with these Fitbits?

After 13 months it stops working.

So you have to buy a new one.
