My Fitbit Inspire has stopped working. It died while it still had a charge. Nothing I do makes any difference. I have cleaned it and recharged it multiple times. I plugged it into my computer and held the button for 10 seconds with no response. I think it is unsaveable but am open to suggestions.

Hi @prophecygirl, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I appreciate the time spent trying to get your Inspire HR fixed since it became unresponsive and it won't charge.
I would like to know if your Inspire HR vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
