Inspire HR won't turn on

I put my Fitbit Inspire HR on the charger as I had previously done, but the display has stayed black, and it is randomly vibrating. Sometimes, a happy face will appear, then fades away and the screen stays black.

I have the same problem but when I press the button while on the charger, nothing happens, no smiley face, vibrations, just nothing.  Is it hopeless.  This would be my third one.

Mine hasn’t skipped a beat, since my original problem. Finding it most interesting that so many are having these issues. Fitbit was such a great product but they certainly have some things to fix if they are going to remain at the top of their game.

Mine is brand new, a replacement for an inspire where the bands wouldn’t stay on. I’m irritated to say the least, I’ve never had these kind of problems with my Alta.

After doing everything, still won't turn on. Inspire HR is only 4 months old, hasn't worked for at least a month.

Mine is a replacement for one that died that was under warranty.
I’m calling help desk tomorrow.
Replacement will not charge.
Green light on back flashes, I plug into charger and nothing....
Black screen.
I have tried 3 different charge cords, different outlets..driving me cray!

Mine only lasted 11 months.  Bought it at Costco and they returned my money.

Wow! That’s amazing. Only Costco would stand by a product after that long. I will have to remember that.

This happened, initially to my first Inspire HR, which I returned to Fitbit for replacement. The second one turned up (without charger and strap that I was asked to return) and exactly the same happened.

Just a smiling image when charged and a vibration. If looking carefully, you could see a faint horizontal line across the glass. No manner of swiping or button pressing would resolve this. Very disappointed and unit returned and refund requested.

I was able to resolve my issue by setting it up to charge and then doing a
long press on the Fitbit for at least five seconds. Worked correctly after
that and also did not lose any data on the Fitbit.

Ruth

Do the long press on your Fitbit a little longer? This has always worked
for me.

Fitbit send me a replacement as my fitbit was still under warranty!

Mine is only four months old, and Fitbit won't honor warranty because I bought a new one off from someone that bought it at Walmart, then sold it to me because they didn't need it. So the watch is junk because it's practically new, and Fitbit won't replace it. Ended up buying my wife a Letsfit brand, and it's a lot cheaper and works great.

Long press reset did not work- I tried everything including changing ports, chargers, outlets.
They are replacing again
