My Inspire HR stopped working out of the blue 2 days ago. It was fine when I plugged it in at night but in the morning there was no green light. I tried holding the button for several seconds, I tried plugging the charger into another outlet, and I tried charging it for the entire day. My phone is no longer recognizing my Inspire and there has been absolutely no action with the device. It doesn't vibrate or show any signs of life. Please advise...I really love this device and would love to get this resolved.

It sounds like something is wrong with the firmware of the tracker. Have you contacted Support? Their link is at the bottom of the page.
