My Fitbit screen isn’t coming on at all. It was working perfectly well yesterday until evening. I just thought it had died so it’s been on charge all night. Checked it through out the night still nothing and this morning it still isn’t turning on. The green flashing light is still on at the back. can anyone help with this

If your tracker isn't turning on, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

I am having the same problem and this is my second replacement in a month. My first one started with this problem. Now I have two replacements and neither of them have screens that are turning on with hours of charging.

I was on a support chat for over an hour. I just tried to post about it and I don't see my post. They still haven't fixed it.

Then it appears both replacements they sent me this month are junkers. It is beyond frustrating!!!
I am at the point where I will buy from a competitor since I am tired of getting replacements for the same device. I don’t want to spend money on their newest gadget when I can get an Apple Watch that has more functionality for me.
