Inspire HR won't turn on

I have recently contacted support twice in regards to my Fitbit Inspire.  First it started not turning on.  They told me to update the app and hold in the button on the side to reboot.  I did both steps.  Then it kept acting like it wasn’t charging or would charge then as soon as I took it off charge it quit working again. I even purchased a new charger but still not working.  I have left it on over night and still it won’t turn on today.  It doesn’t do anything when I put it on charge now.  When I contacted support a second time they told me my battery was low and gave steps on charging my device. Any ideas?  I use this device to keep track of my steps for a work discount so without it tracking I can’t get my discount.  Any advice would be appreciated as I am super frustrated.  Thank you.

Hi @CBunting123, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Inspire HR won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they sent you an email recently asking for some information. Please reply to their email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
