Inspire HR won't turn on

My device stopped scrolling about a month ago and I reset it a bunch of times saw the smiley face and it never worked then today it stopped working altogether the app says the battery is full but it’s searching for the device I never shower with it or swim and 90 percent of the time if I’m washing dishes I take it off and live in a dry climate so it doesn’t rain 

 

I’ve had it a few months

Hi @Dollyesque, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Inspire HR since it's experienced screen issues that it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, monitor your Fitbit device and see if the issues get fixed and it comes back to life.

I did that prolly 20 times as stated in my post I saw the smiley face and it still didn’t work

 

and now doesn’t turn on at all

I have try all those steps and it is not working at all. Only had this for a few months, is there any place to have this device check in Singapore.

Hello, @Dollyesque and @fooshyys, welcome to the Fitbit community! Maybe give it a day and keep it plugged in all day?If not, perhaps you should try to get a replacement Fitbit from them at +1-877-623-4997. Keep us posted!
