Can't get my Fitbit HR screen to turn on. Battery is charged. Also it's not syncing to my Android S8. Any suggestions?

Hi, @SunsetRunner , have you tried giving it a restart?
A restart will often fix this problem and can also trigger a sync. You may need to repeat the restart procedure a couple of times, as a single restart does not always work.
Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

Time and date wrong and no data are, of course because it hasn’t synced. Since neither the log out nor the restart worked, you could try toggling bluetooth off on your phone, waiting a moment and then turning it back on again. Then go to the Fitbit app and try to force a sync.
If that doesn’t work, try setting it up as a replacement device (you won’t lose any data doing that). On the account screen scroll to the bottom and choose + set up a device. Select your Fitbit (presumably Inspire HR) You will get a message saying “You already have X fitbit on your account. Do you want to replace it?” Confirm that you do and follow the instructions. If it finds your Fotbit it will sync as it adds it to your account.
If none of this works please let us know if this is a new issue. Did your Fitbit ever sync with this phone? Do you use any other device (phone, tablet, computer) to sync your Fitbit?

It’s a good trick to have up your sleeve! Glad it worked.
