Both mine and my wife's Inspire Hrs are dead. I had my since January of 2020 she got hers in July of 2020. On vacation this year we swam in the pool they were just fine. But after swimming in the ocean they both crapped out with in days of each other. At 1st hers had connectivity issues. Then the battery went dead within 2 hours of being fully charged. And never came back on. My one day later on the charger just started to vibrate and never stopped till the battery dead. Now it won't charge. How do we file warranty claims my is going to expire soon?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or are your devices completely unresponsive? Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
