Inspire HR won’t turn on

Fully charged. it was working fine then all of a sudden it just went to a black screen.

it won’t vibrate, no green light on the back. I’ve plugged it into both a computer and a wall charger held the button down for 15 seconds and it won’t reboot. It will not sync with the app either
