Inspire HR won't turn on

My Fitbit inspire HR will not turn on. It’s fully charged and the screen is just black. My phone can’t even locate it it. It stopped working around 1p est yesterday. It’s literally only 10 months old and I have the premium account. What can be done to fix this?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @marionrgator. Thanks for letting us know that your Inspire HR is fully charged and that your phone can't locate it. 

In order to turn your device on I would recommend restarting it. Also, please follow the instructions of help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I try to restarting it, but still dont work,
