Inspire HR won't turn on

hi well my Fitbit doesn’t work, literally it’s dead, I tried to talk with someone in Mexico, but the information didn’t work.

Please someone help me because this is for my parent’s health.

Hi @Gilberto10  first thing to do is always restart the device. What did customer support suggest that didn't help? The more we know, the better to help you. Dead can mean a few things. Is there a lit screen? Trouble syncing? Tell us more.

It doesn’t turn on the screen it absolutely black 

And the service was sams

@Gilberto10  Sams? Is that a store or a person? How long have you had this and is it still under warranty?

It’s a store and for 5 months and no doesn’t have warranty

@Gilberto10  what kind of store? If it's not an authorized retailer for Fitbit products, there won't be a warranty. I'm not sure what exactly you need. Could you please post more? Who did you speak to in Mexico? Was it customer support?

It is an authorized store, I spoke to Fitbit technical support in Mexico but none of them have been able to help me
