My husbands umpire won’t charge and won’t reset. I’ve tried the recommendations in the forum of changing the clock but can’t change anything due his phone doesn’t seem to find the Fitbit nor does it vibrate when put in the charger. I’ve cleaned the device and charger. Even tried other outlets. Am I missing a secret step?
